Open Steam Sign in » Select Library (from the op menu) » Locate Hotel Mogul inside the vertical menu on the left, then right-click on it and click on Properties » select "Local files" from the vertical menu on the left, then click on "Verify integrity of game cache". Inside the hidden ProgramData folder, find the Hotel Mogul game's folders (usually named Hotel Mogul or Alawar Entertainment) that hold the cache data.

Press Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box, and then type %ProgramData% in it and hit Enter. Try clearing the cache files on your PC or console to fix the issue. A common reason why Hotel Mogul might not be working is corrupted cache data. Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console.
